About the Role

Be part of Copeland Furniture’s precision machining team! Operate CNC machines to craft the components that define our solid wood furniture. Your success will be measured by accuracy, throughput, and teamwork. No CNC experience? We’ll train motivated learners ready to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers
• Validate accuracy against drawings and adjust as needed
• Perform secondary woodworking tasks (drilling, routing, sanding)
• Meet production goals and support other departments
• Maintain equipment and practice safe operations

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
