CNC Machine Operator – Gold Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator with a proven background in the gold or jewellery manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC machines used in precision gold production, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency in every piece produced.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines for gold jewellery and component manufacturing
• Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters according to design specifications
• Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and production instructions
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with design and production teams to optimize output
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, security, and gold‑handling protocols

Requirements

• Mandatory: Minimum 2–5 years of CNC operating experience in the gold/jewellery industry
• Strong understanding of gold machining, precision cutting, and finishing
• Hands‑on experience with CNC programming or CAM software (advantage)
• Ability to work with fine tolerances and high‑value materials
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliability, integrity, and adherence to gold‑handling procedures
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced production environment
