Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Preferred Quality Services. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components that meet our customers' specifications. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications.
• Utilize programming and software to optimize machining processes.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Use precision measuring instruments and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for accurate machining.
• Collaborate with teams to improve production processes and product quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of programming and CAM programming techniques.
• Familiarity CAD software is a plus.
• Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments is essential.
