CNC Machinist – 2+ Years CNC Experience Required

BTM Company is seeking CNC Machinists with recent hands-on machining experience.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of CNC machining, setup, or precision machining experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment.
This is not a general production or basic machine operator position.

What We’re Looking For

• Recent machining or CNC experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Experience with lathes, mills, grinders, EDM, boring mills, or similar equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience levels may range from:

• Entry-level machinists with approximately 2+ years of experience
• Mid-level setup/operators
