CNC Machinist - 2nd Shift

Job Description:

Invengeon LLC is a CNC machining and engineering services company serving OEMs who need high precision components made from high grade aluminum and stainless steels. We are growing quickly and looking for great people to join our expanding team.

We are looking for a full-time team member who thrives on autonomy, has an eagerness to learn, and embraces the use of automation in a manufacturing environment. We are a growing business needing results-oriented machinists to produce quality products at a high production rate on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate must be willing to suggest process improvements, debate ideas, and take accountability for errors. We will ask you to learn everything from proper tool selection at setup to operating advanced inspection equipment.

Under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Lead, the ideal candidate will machine and follow all AS9100D standards to consistently produce quality parts meeting all customer demands. Basic Job Duties:

• Follow all work instructions.
• Complete all required documentation.
• Investigate and report any inconsistencies in processes.
• Achieve set rate and efficiencies.
• Identify materials properly.
• Be able to lift, twist and turn. Be able to manipulate up to 50lbs.
• Be able to read prints.
• Be able to use and understand required gauging (mics, thread gauges, calipers, etc.)
• Be accountable and responsible for work output with minimal oversight.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in a milling or lathe machining environment is a plus, we are willing to train the right individuals.
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to run multiple machines at one time.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player
• Commitment to the organization.

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4x10
• Second Shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Differential pay
• Overtime pay

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $36.00 per hour
