As a CNC Machinist at our medical device manufacturing company, you will be a vital part of our production team, utilizing your expertise in 3 axis mills. With core skills in blueprint reading, machining, and precision measuring instruments, you will be responsible for producing high-quality components with accuracy and efficiency. Your premium skills in CNC programming and GD&T will enable you to optimize machining processes and ensure precise outcomes. Additionally, your relevant skills in lean manufacturing and plastics injection molding will contribute to our commitment to excellence in medical device manufacturing. • Setup and operate 3 axis CNC machines
• able to read and interpret blueprints
• setup experience
• Set controls to regulate machining, or enter commands to retrieve, input, or edit computerized machine control media.
• Maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedure
• Hold tight tolerances
• Must have experience with working with stainless steel and other alloys
• Understand speeds and feed calculations
• This position is for a more experienced CNC machinist
• Programming ability with Mastercam is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: up to $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, based on experience
