What You’ll Do

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes (HAAS, Omni‑Turn)
• Create and modify CNC programs using CAM software (Fusion 360 preferred)
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings
• Select tooling, fixtures, and workholding
• Machine precision parts to tight tolerances (±0.002" or better)
• Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision measuring tools
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Support ISO 9001 quality requirements
• Assist with material handling, shipping/receiving, and general shop duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred
• CNC mill & lathe setup, operation, and programming experience
• Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
• CAM experience (Fusion 360 or similar)
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Welding, fabrication, press brake, or sheet metal experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Safely operate machinery and material handling equipment
