Own setups and operation on 3–4 axis CNC mills to meet exact specifications.

Translate technical drawings and GD&T into reliable, repeatable processes.

Keep machines running at quality targets by adjusting offsets, tools, feeds, and speeds.

Tackle routine maintenance and on-the-fly troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Champion safety and quality standards at every stage of production.

Work side-by-side with teammates to streamline workflow and boost throughput.

Document production metrics, inspections, and machine performance with accuracy.

HS diploma or equivalent; CNC trade school or certification preferred.

Proven experience as a CNC Operator/Machinist.

Working knowledge of CNC equipment and programming principles.

Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical documents with confidence.

Detail orientation and strong, practical problem-solving ability.
