CNC Machinist/Programmer

Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist with 10+ years of hands-on experience in precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with extensive knowledge of CNC programming, setup, operation, and quality control in a fast-paced production environment.

This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, tight tolerances, and continuous improvement practices. You will play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes
• Interpret complex blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications
• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and CMM equipment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with CNC programming (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM software preferred)
• Experience machining a variety of materials (steel, aluminum, stainless, titanium, etc.)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
