Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented CNC Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation of our complex CNC machining equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee maintenance activities for high-speed, multi-axis CNC machines used in aerospace manufacturing. You will be instrumental in maintaining equipment reliability, safety standards, and continuous improvement initiatives to support our mission of delivering top-quality components on schedule.
Duties
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team responsible for CNC machine upkeep, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to maximize machine uptime.
- Oversee electrical and mechanical maintenance activities, including work on high voltage and low voltage systems, schematics interpretation, and component replacement.
- Manage maintenance projects related to CNC equipment upgrades, installations, or modifications with a focus on project management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards such as HVAC systems management and facilities management protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Utilize technical knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime while maintaining quality standards in manufacturing processes.
Experience
- Proven management experience leading maintenance teams within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of CNC machinery, including multi-axis machines used in aerospace component production.
- Hands-on electrical experience with high voltage and low voltage systems; familiarity with schematics and electrical troubleshooting tools like ohmmeters.
- Experience working with CMMS software for scheduling and tracking maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, facilities management practices, and industrial safety regulations.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills with the ability to lead projects effectively from planning through execution.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
