CNC Maintenance Techinican

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines to ensure minimal downtime and smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Turning Centers, etc.)
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
• Troubleshoot CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.)
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and machine manuals
• Maintain maintenance logs and service records
• Coordinate with production team to reduce machine downtime
• Handle PLC troubleshooting and basic programming support
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools

Qualification:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Certification in CNC maintenance preferred

Experience:

• 2–5 years experience in CNC machine maintenance
• Experience in manufacturing / machining industry preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
