CNC Maintenance Technician / Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for CNC Maintenance Technicians / Engineers (Electrical / Mechanical) for Tamil Nadu location.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) with 3-9 Years with Maintenance.
• Experience in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repair
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques

Job Details -

• Attending Breakdown in FRD (Fanuc Robo Drill), Fanuc Robots, Conveyor, Grinding, Face Milling, Drilling, Fine Boring, Honing, Induction Hardening machines, SIEMENS & MITSUBISHI PLC &DRIVE
• Experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and condition based maintenance.
• Daily updation of log book & History cards for equipment.
• Knowledge in safety Procedures like LOTO system.
• Basic knowledge on Hydraulics & Pneumatics system.
• Hand-on experience on replacement of Ball screws, Bearings, LM guide on VMC, HMC and turning center.
• Basic knowledge about spindle condition monitoring system.
• Basic understanding of the mechanical drawing of assembly
