We are urgently hiring a qualified and experienced CNC Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) with strong expertise in CNC equipment maintenance within petrochemical, oil refinery, or ship repair facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines
• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems (Power, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Mechatronics)
• Diagnose and rectify communication issues in CNC equipment
• Conduct machine geometry checks and corrections
• Calibrate and perform functional tests on electromechanical and microprocessor-based devices
• Read and interpret P&ID, loop drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
• Develop and execute maintenance procedures and test protocols
• Lead investigations and perform root cause analysis for equipment failures
• Prepare maintenance reports and complete all required site documentation
• Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with PTW and safety systems
• Participate in Toolbox Talks, safety meetings, and training programs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Mechatronics or related technical field
• Minimum 5 years of field experience in CNC equipment maintenance in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or Shipyard environments
• OEM experience certificate (Siemens, Fanuc, or similar manufacturer) preferred
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Experience in machine installation, testing, and commissioning
• Knowledge of PTW systems and site safety requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database software
• Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• High commitment to safety standards and company policies
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
