CNC Marble Operator

We are seeking an experienced CNC Marble Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines used for cutting, shaping, and finishing marble, granite, and other natural or engineered stones for construction and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC marble/stone cutting machines as per drawings and production plans
• Read and interpret shop drawings, CAD files, and cutting layouts
• Set up machines, select tools, and adjust parameters for accurate cutting
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and surface finish as per specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Follow safety procedures and workshop regulations
• Coordinate with production and installation teams to meet deadlines
• Report machine faults, defects, or deviations immediately

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Marble / Stone Operator
• Strong knowledge of marble, granite, quartz, and engineered stone
• Ability to read technical drawings and CNC programs
• Experience with CNC bridge saws, routers, or multi-axis machines
• Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (advantage)
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in interior fit-out, kitchens, countertops, flooring, and cladding
• UAE or GCC experience preferred
• Immediate availability is an advantage
