Purpose of the Role
As a skilled Machinist at McLaren Racing, you’ll join a high‑performing team responsible for delivering precision‑engineered metallics that directly impact our performance on track. During the build season, you’ll set and operate multi‑axis machines to create complex parts used in our race cars, heritage vehicles, and pit equipment. You’ll play a key role in the fast‑paced challenge of building a new race car and shaping the next chapter of McLaren’s legendary history.

McLaren Racing is based at the iconic McLaren Technology Centre (MTC) near Woking. Our state of the art, sustainable campus offers many facilities including a gym, restaurant and indoor and outdoor break-out areas, as well as direct access to park and common land. The MTC is connected to Woking mainline station via regular shuttle buses, from which London Waterloo is a 30-minute train ride.
