CNC Milling/Laser Operators

*** Oil and Gas experience preferred***

Technogenia Saudi Arabia is looking at hiring a qualified CNC Milling operator. We are looking for a fully autonomous CNC Operator responsible for laser cladding on parts by programming and operating a high-end computer numerical control (CNC) machine. Training on the machine will be offered but very similar to CNC Milling operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan laser cladding by studying work orders and other work instructions, blueprints.
• Program CNC (G-Code preferred) by entering instructions, including zero and reference points; offsets; calculating requirements, including basic math.
• Maintain specifications by taking measurements: performs dimensional inspection of parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, dial calipers, depth gages, indicators and scales.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Document actions by completing production and quality logs.

Requirements:

• Previous CNC machine experience is a must
• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Basic understanding of machining tolerances and surface finishes.
• Commitment to safety and cleanliness in the work area.

Preferred:

• Experience in repair, toolroom, or precision machining.
• Familiarity with hardfacing, cladding, or welding environments is a plus.
