CNC Machine Setup & OperationSet up CNC multi-boring / drilling machine as per job card.Load panels, position accurately & clamp using pneumatic / vacuum systems.Select drilling bits, confirm diameter & depth according to program.Operate horizontal & vertical drills for hinge boring, dowel holes, and connector fittings.Run machine cycles safely and monitor during the process.Ensure correct side orientation to avoid mirror holes or mismatching.Programming & MeasurementUnderstand and operate according to CNC drilling programs (DXF, G-code, BiesseWorks, etc.).Enter parameters such as drilling depth, pitch distance, and hole pattern.Read and interpret technical drawings and hole charts.Verify measurements using measuring tape, vernier caliper, square & depth gauge.Quality AssuranceCheck hole depth, diameter, spacing, and alignment within tolerance.Inspect dowel tightness, hinge hole accuracy, and fitting alignment.Identify issues like burrs, crack, chipping, off-center drilling.Rework or report defects immediately to supervisor.Ensure clean finishing without dust packing inside holes.Maintenance & SafetyPerform daily cleaning and maintenance of drill bits and machine area.Replace and sharpen drill bits when worn.Monitor lubrication, pressure, and machine sensors.Follow all safety procedures for rotating tools.Documentation & ProductionRecord daily production output, tool usage & downtime.Maintain reporting for rejected and rework pieces.Coordinate with material handling for incoming and outgoing panels.Follow 5S and maintain clean working area.Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of drilling patterns for modular furniture.Basic CAD/XYZ coordinate understanding.Familiar with hardware standards (Hettich, Hafele, Ebco, etc.).

Pay: ₹9,027.81 - ₹20,000.00 per month
