CNC Operator - B shift

Be the one who gets the machines running right.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

We’re looking for a CNC Set-Up Operator for B shift who takes pride in dialing in jobs, troubleshooting issues, and keeping production moving.

This role is focused on machine setup, changeovers, and running parts to quality standards. You’ll play a key role in making sure jobs are set up correctly and running efficiently from the start.

You’ll be working on components used in high-performance archery and bowhunting equipment trusted by hunters across the country.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set up CNC machines for production runs
  • Perform changeovers, tooling adjustments, and offsets
  • Run parts to meet production schedules and quality standards
  • Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process issues
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure accuracy
  • Make minor program edits as needed
  • Support team leads with output and process improvements
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area (6S)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–5 years of CNC setup experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience setting up CNC machines (mills preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
  • Basic understanding of G-code and offsets
  • Experience with Haas and/or Fanuc-controlled machines (preferred)

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, hourly position with overtime as needed
  • Standing and walking for most of the shift
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Machine shop environment (noise, moving equipment, varying temperatures)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
