CNC Operator/Programmer (5+ Yrs Exp Req)

Versatool & Die is a local Manufacturing Company that specializes in the production of progressive stamping die and precision machined parts. We are looking for experienced CNC Programmer/ Operator for our first shift. Experience with Horizontal and Vertical turning centers. Live tool turning experience is desired. Wage: dependent on the individual's experience, record of accomplishment and demonstrated skills. The wage range would be $24 - $35 depending on experience and qualifications. Hours: Mon-Fri 6 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Saturday is occasional depending on workload) *Times may vary* Overtime available and sometimes required.

Duties and Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Experience with programming
• Proficiency in Gibbs Cam or equivalent
• Above average understanding of GD&T
• High School Degree.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Lathe live tooling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple tooling jobs
• Machining of piece parts per print
• Set up and operate multiple brands of CNC Equipment efficiently
• Maintain work areas and tooling
• In process inspection

· Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
