CNC Press Brake Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend sheet metal and steel components accurately.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Select and install appropriate tooling and dies for each job.
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they meet design tolerances.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Work collaboratively with production, fabrication, and quality control teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience operating a CNC press brake machine, preferably in automotive, fabrication, or armored vehicle manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication and bending techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of machine programming and adjustment for precision bending.
• Good attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amada, Trumpf, or similar CNC press brake machines.
• Knowledge of steel and armored-grade material handling.
• UAE experience is an advantage.
