CNC Programmer / Machinist / Quality Inspector (Full-Time) – Frankfort, MI

Location: Frankfort, MI (Lake Michigan shoreline)

Open Positions:

• CNC Programmer (Mill, Lathe, EDM)
• CNC Machinist / Setup (optional if applicable)
• Quality Control Inspector

What You’ll Do:

• Program, set up, and operate CNC equipment (Mill, Lathe, EDM)
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Work from blueprints and job specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with a team to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• CNC programming or machining experience preferred
• Experience with inspection tools and quality control (for inspector role)
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow (training available for entry-level candidates)
• Reliable and team-oriented
