CNC Programmer (Mastercam)

Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Programmer with Mastercam experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming and machining processes for precision manufacturing. This role will directly contribute to producing high-quality components for aerospace and defense industries. Part-time, full-time and weekend positions available

Responsibilities

• Program CNC mills/lathes using Mastercam software.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create precise machining instructions.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Optimize tool paths for efficiency, accuracy, and machine/tool longevity.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine programs.
• Assist in setup and prove-out of new programs on the shop floor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and revision control.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CNC programming mills and lathes.
• Proficiency with Mastercam software (2020 or later).
• Solid understanding of machining processes, speeds/feeds, tooling, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
