Supreme Surface Treatment Engineering is a small, family-run manufacturing company and a leading supplier to the anodising, electroplating, metal treatment, and powder-coating industries. We specialise in bespoke jigs, racking systems, baskets, heaters, coils, and precision-engineered components, using the latest CAD/CAM technologies to support customers across the aerospace, automotive, agriculture, and food industries.
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and complex blueprints
- Set, program, and operate CNC machinery to meet production specifications
- Load and unload castings and raw materials safely
- Carry out quality inspections using appropriate measuring tools
- Complete work accurately with minimal supervision
- Maintain clear and accurate production notes and reports
- Adhere strictly to health and safety procedures
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator
- Strong understanding of basic mathematics
- Ability to meet production targets and quality standards
- Confident working from technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Working Hours
- 40-hour week (Day Shift)
- Monday–Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm
