CNC Machinist / Programmer / Setter / Operator

Company: Established Family-Run Engineering Business (Since 1989)

We are a well-established, family-run precision engineering company with over 30 years of experience, and we’re looking to add a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer / Setter / Operator to our team.

Our work is varied and interesting, spanning industries from oil and gas through to high-end audio manufacturing, so no two jobs are quite the same.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Programming, setting, and operating CNC machines with Fanuc controls
• Working from technical drawings to produce precision components
• Ensuring high-quality standards are consistently met
• Inspecting finished parts using measuring equipment
• Contributing to efficient production processes

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in CNC machining (programming, setting, and operating)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Experience with a variety of materials and batch work is advantageous

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:50
• Friday: 07:00 – 13:00
