Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our sign manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating CNC routing equipment to cut, carve, and fabricate sign components according to specifications. Experience in sign production or digital fabrication is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines
- Load and unload materials such as ACM, PVC, acrylic, wood, and aluminum
- Run jobs from provided files and verify accuracy before production
- Perform basic programming edits if required (tool paths, bit changes, file adjustments)
- Design cuts and mechanical drawings.
- Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work closely with the fabrication and design teams to meet production deadlines
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a CNC router preferred
- Experience in sign manufacturing or fabrication is a plus
- Familiarity with CNC software such as VCarve, Aspire, EnRoute, or similar
- Ability to read shop drawings and production files
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- CNC programming experience
- Knowledge of sign materials and fabrication processes
- Experience with hand tools and shop equipment
- Basic computer skills and file management

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
