We are seeking a dependable CNC Router Operator to join our wood manufacturing team. This role is responsible for operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality wood components for custom furniture production.

What You’ll Do

• Operate CNC router machines to produce parts to specification
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, and adjustments
• Read blueprints and production drawings
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot basic machine or production issues
• Maintain steady production and minimize downtime
• Support safe and organized work areas
• May be cross-trained on panel saw equipment and additional production machinery

What We’re Looking For

• CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with wood products or cabinetry preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• CNC router setup experience
• Experience with multiple CNC machines
• 3-axis or 4-axis CNC experience
• Experience supporting or training other operators

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and move throughout shift
• Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and machinery
