Innovative Machine – South Side of Indianapolis

Innovative Machine is a family-owned CNC machine shop located on the south side of Indianapolis. We specialize in precision machining using Haas Vertical Machining Centers and are looking to add dependable, motivated team members to our growing shop.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas Vertical Machining Centers
• Read blueprints and inspect finished parts
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Work safely and efficiently in a team environment

Qualifications

• CNC machining experience preferred
• Experience with Haas controls is a plus
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
