CNC Setter/Operator

We are a specialist manufacturer delivering super-prime hotel and hospitality interiors, producing exceptional bespoke joinery for some of the world’s most prestigious projects. From luxury hotels to high-end hospitality spaces, our work combines craftsmanship, precision engineering, and the highest standards of quality.

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Setter / Operator to join our production team.

About the Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality joinery components for luxury interior projects. Working closely with the production team, you will ensure machines run efficiently while maintaining the precision and quality expected on high-end bespoke work.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC machinery for production work

• Load and unload materials while ensuring machines run efficiently

• Select and set appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds based on materials

• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met

• Carry out routine machine checks and maintain safe working practices

• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience setting and operating 5-axis CNC machines (ideally within joinery or interior manufacturing)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good understanding of tooling, materials, and machine setup

• A team player with a proactive approach and strong safety mindset
