Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Setter & Operator located in Kingswinford. The role involves setting and operating CNC machinery to produce precise components as per client specifications. The CNC Setter & Operator will be responsible for programming, adjustments, and tooling changes, as well as conducting quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks also include troubleshooting machinery, monitoring production processes, and collaborating with the production team to meet tight deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Machine Operation and familiarity with CNC machinery setup and operation
• Expertise in Machining and Milling for efficient and precise component production
• Strong skills in Quality Control to ensure adherence to industry standards and specifications
• Knowledge of Machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Previous experience in a similar role in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work methodically
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols in a manufacturing environment
• Relevant vocational training or technical certifications in CNC operation or machining are a plus

Pay: £17.00-£21.00 per hour
