CNC Turning & Milling Opr Cum Programmer

• Strong knowledge of CNC Turning and Milling operations.
• Hands-on experience in CNC programming using Fanuc / Siemens / Haas controls.
• Proficiency in G-code and M-code programming with CAM programming knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T symbols.
• Experience in selecting suitable tools, fixtures, and machining methods for different materials.
• Familiarity with machine setup, including tool offsets, work offsets, and machine calibration.
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and height gauges.
• Good understanding of tooling selection, cutting parameters, and machining processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and basic machine maintenance activities.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
