We are looking for an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machines to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and VTL machines
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
• Maintain machine accuracy, alignment, and performance
• Handle spindle, ball screw, guideway, servo motor, and tool changer issues
• Monitor and maintain lubrication and coolant systems
• Coordinate with production team to minimize machine downtime
• Maintain maintenance records and logbooks
• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping in maintenance area

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CNC / VMC / HMC / VTL machines
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Ability to read machine drawings, manuals, and electrical diagrams
• Experience in troubleshooting servo drives, PLC basics (preferred)
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules

Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics
• Experience: 5 years above

Location: Malumichampatti, Coimbatore
Salary: 30000 - 40000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,761.69 - ₹48,478.30 per month
