CNC-VMC Programmer

We’re looking for a committed CNC-VMC Programmer to join our team, those who are responsible for programming, setting up, and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) to manufacture precision components. This role requires an in-depth understanding of machining processes, technical drawings, and the ability to optimise production for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The CNC-VMC Programmer works closely with production teams, engineers, and quality control to ensure components meet specified requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Technical diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

· 4-5 year Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on Vertical Machining Centres.

· Proficiency in CAD/CAM software

· Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operation.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

· Experience with various materials, including metals and plastics.

· Knowledge of precision measuring tools (micrometres, calipers, gauges).

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

· Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Salary will be defined depends and finalize on the candidate’s previous background and experience.
