Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious Technical Co-Founder (CTO) to join us in building an early-stage tech startup. The role involves leading the entire technology function from idea stage to full operation, taking full ownership as a founding partner.

Note: This is not a salaried position at the current stage. It is a founding partnership opportunity. Once the project launches and achieves commercial traction, a competitive salary and financial rewards will be agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the platform from MVP to full launch.
• Build scalable architecture and ensure long-term technical sustainability.
• Design and develop systems, APIs, and integrations with external services (including payment gateways).
• Design and implement JSON-based automations (N8N, Zapier, custom API workflows).
• Ensure cybersecurity and data protection.
• Build and lead a future tech team.
• Actively participate in strategic decision-making as a Co-Founder.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software development or tech leadership.
• Strong knowledge of modern frameworks (Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
• Solid cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Previous experience with SaaS platforms or Marketplaces is a strong plus.
• Strong hands-on experience in JSON Automations & API integrations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and passion for startups.

Work Location:

• Flexible (Remote), with preference for candidates based in Qatar / UAE / Saudi Arabia
