Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day studio operations (scheduling, client services, policies, financial oversight).
Recruit, train, and manage Pilates instructors and support staff.
Deliver or supervise Pilates classes to ensure consistent quality.
Lead marketing initiatives: community engagement, partnerships, events, and client acquisition.
Ensure a high-quality customer experience and strong retention rates.
Collaborate with the founder on strategy, growth plans, and new service offerings.
Build the studio's brand reputation as a leading women's wellness destination in Riyadh.

Qualifications

Female candidate, preferably a Saudi national or long-term resident in Riyadh.
Certified Pilates instructor with proven teaching and / or management experience.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with ability to run operations independently.
Track record in fitness / wellness management (Pilates studio or boutique fitness strongly preferred).
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
Entrepreneurial mindset - proactive, hands-on, and committed to growth.
