Co-Founder / Head of Operations (m/f/d) - Stealth Mode Food-Tech Startup

We are a mission-driven food-tech startup (Stealth Mode) dedicated to reducing food waste and promoting sustainability in Egypt. After months of development, our AI-supported platform and backend are complete and ready for the market. We are now looking for a visionary and execution-focused Co-Founder to lead our operations and growth strategy, starting with our pilot in Maadi.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead the boots-on-the-ground execution for our launch in Maadi and subsequent expansion across Cairo.

Identify, pitch, and onboard local partners (bakeries, cafes, restaurants).

Build and manage the local supply chain and customer support processes.

Develop and execute local marketing and user acquisition strategies.

Work directly with the founder to shape the company’s future and secure upcoming funding rounds.

Requirements:

You are a proactive doer who is not afraid to hit the streets and close deals.

Good understanding of the Egyptian market, business culture, and consumer behavior.

Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Background in operations, sales, or startups is a plus, but passion for sustainability and execution is more important.

Ready to take ownership as a co-founder and build a brand from the ground up.
