By integrating an AI-driven load-matching engine with a SAMA-compliant escrow payment infrastructure, this platform directly resolves the industry’s most pressing inefficiencies: eliminating 30-40% empty backhauls, mitigating non-payment risks, and digitizing legacy brokerage networks.

With a highly detailed business plan, validated unit economics, and a clear financial model demonstrating strong EBITDA margins by Year 3, we are currently structuring a $3.5M Seed round to finance our initial 18-22 month go-to-market runway.

من خلال دمج محرك مطابقة للرحلات مدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي مع بنية تحتية لمدفوعات الضمان (Escrow) متوافقة مع لوائح البنك المركزي السعودي (ساما)، تعالج هذه المنصة أبرز التحديات التشغيلية في القطاع، والمتمثلة في: القضاء على الرحلات الفارغة بنسبة 30-40%، الحد من مخاطر تعثر المدفوعات، ورقمنة شبكات الوسطاء التقليديين.

استناداً إلى خطة عمل شاملة، واقتصاديات وحدة (Unit Economics) مدروسة، ونموذج مالي يوضح مساراً دقيقاً لتحقيق هوامش ربح (EBITDA) مجزية بحلول العام الثالث، نعمل حالياً على هيكلة جولة استثمارية (Seed Round) بقيمة 3.5 مليون دولار لتمويل أول 18-22 شهراً من العمليات التشغيلية وإطلاق المنصة.
