About Us

We own and operate furnished co-living homes in the Atlanta area. Our residents include working professionals, traveling workers, healthcare staff, film industry employees, and students.

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant whose primary responsibility is to keep our rooms occupied and generate qualified leads.

ResponsibilitiesMarketing

• Create and update listings on:
• Several co living marketing sites
• Zillow
• Facebook Marketplace
• Craigslist
• Roomster
• Take and upload photos and videos.
• Optimize listing descriptions and pricing.
• Post weekly social media content.

Lead Management

• Respond to inquiries within 30 minutes during business hours.
• Follow up with prospective residents.
• Pre-screen applicants.
• Schedule property tours.
• Track leads in a spreadsheet or CRM.

Occupancy Management

• Monitor vacancies.
• Recommend pricing adjustments.
• Help maintain 95%+ occupancy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and online rental platforms.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and responsive.
• Basic computer skills and canva.

Compensation

• $18/hour
• $100 bonus for each room successfully occupied
• Opportunity for increased hours as portfolio grows

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
