Job Title: Co-Manager
Description
The Co-Manager is responsible for leading a team that develops, implements and continuously improves all quality, training and customer experience programs. This position is accountable for executing initiatives that facilitate the achievement of all hospitality goals at Sunburn.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Work is performed in a retail environment and requires the ability to sit and stand for long periods and to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and bending and kneeling to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Employees should be able to lift 10 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
