CO-OP Operations Team Member

Summary: This role involves hands on work with grain handling, equipment operation and maintenance and seed cleaning, combined with the ability to provide superior service to our customer community.

• Operate all elevator loading, unloading and drying equipment.
• Receive grain from producers, which includes weighing, probing/testing, grading the product, loading and unloading.
• Effectively operates and maintains seed cleaning equipment.
• Assists customers with purchases and other needs in a respectful, professional manner.
• Complete all required logs and/or paperwork.
• Perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping duties inside and outside of all facilities and equipment.
• Safely and efficiently operates powered equipment, i.e. skid loader, forklift, etc.
• Handle dry fertilizers for customer orders.
• Performs ALL other duties as assigned by Location Manager
• Willingness to float to other locations as needed.

Required Education and Experience**

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• One to three months related experience and/or training.

**Equivalent combination of education and experience. (agriculture, elevator, bulk liquids and customer service)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
