Co-Ordinator for Holiday Homes

Property Management:

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including regular inspections, repairs, and renovations as necessary.
• Ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.

Guest Services:

• Coordinate guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for all guests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and preferences to enhance their overall experience during their stay.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in any category.
• Proven experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
