Co-Working Community Manager

Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven Co-Working Space Manager to lead operations, sales, and community growth for our premium co-working facility located in the heart of Johar Town, Lahore.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, understand the co-working/startup ecosystem, and be capable of driving occupancy through strategic partnerships, upselling, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the co-working space across multiple floors
• Ensure smooth functioning of facilities, housekeeping, security, and member services
• Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
• Conduct tours and pitch the co-working space to potential clients
• Build relationships with startups, freelancers, agencies, SMEs, and corporate clients
• Handle inquiries, negotiations, onboarding, and membership renewals
• Create upselling opportunities for meeting rooms, private offices, events, and additional services
• Plan networking events, community engagement activities, and partnerships
• Monitor competitor trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and energetic environment for members
• Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and lead generation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in co-working spaces, hospitality, sales, real estate, or community management
• Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Understanding of startup culture and modern workspace trends
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience in co-working/community management
