Location: Orange, CA | Schedule: Monday (3:30–7:30 PM), Tuesday (3:30–7:30 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM–2:00 PM) | Hourly Pay with Taxes

About Us

Orange Kids Gymnastics is a fast-growing company that provides fun, safe, and educational gymnastics classes for children of all ages. Our mission is to help kids build confidence, coordination, and a love for movement. We are looking for a responsible and energetic Coach Assistant of Kids Gymnastics to support our lead coaches and inspire the next generation of athletes.

Schedule

  • Monday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM (4 hours)
  • Tuesday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM (4 hours)
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (5 hours)
  • Additional days may open in the future as we grow.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the head coach in planning and leading daily gymnastics practices.
  • Demonstrate proper techniques for skills on floor, bars, beam, and vault.
  • Spot athletes safely during drills and skill progressions.
  • Provide individualized feedback to help gymnasts improve strength, flexibility, and form.
  • Monitor athlete safety and enforce gym rules and equipment protocols.
  • Help design warm-ups, conditioning circuits, and stretching routines.
  • Track athlete progress and communicate updates to the head coach.
  • Set up and organize equipment before and after practices.
  • Foster a positive, motivating, and inclusive team environment.
  • Assist with attendance, basic administrative tasks, and parent communication when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18+
  • Basic gymnastics coaching experience and experience working with children required
  • Reliable, punctual, and passionate about helping kids grow
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and be a team player
