Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid or Remote depending on your proximity to our Raleigh, NC Office
Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Shifts: Monday-Friday shifts including 12:30pm - 9pm and 11:30am - 8pm EST.
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required
What you will do:
Reporting to the Coaching Coordinator Team lead, the Coaching Coordinator is an integral part of the global coaching team, serving as the first point of contact for clients interested in engaging in a variety of wellbeing programs including wellness and life coaching, the Aware mindfulness program, and lactation consultation services. The coordinator provides program overviews, schedules sessions and collects outcome information related to customer experience.
Responsibilities:-
Administrative and technological assistance that support team members’ clients including telephonic, video, and platform management.

Initial contact for clients interested in the well-being and coaching programs.

Engage clients in telephonic conversation, provide overview of wellbeing programs, schedule appointments and collect outcome and satisfaction data.

Conduct efficient and detailed team case management to ensure accurate service delivery.

Participate in team meetings and trainings.

Other delegated responsibilities and specially assigned duties, as management deems necessary.
Qualifications/Skills:-
Bachelor's degree.

Strong written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English.

Interest and general knowledge in health and wellness (desired).

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with a focus on telephonic customer experience.

Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and investigative skills.

Ability to work independently and proactively.
-
Ability to acquire a high level of efficiency in internal case management system.

Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications, comfortable using multiple computer-based applications, and ability to navigate proficiently in varying database platforms.
