Coal Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end on-ground operations and ensure smooth daily workflow

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle unloading, material movement, stacking, loading & dispatch
• Supervise ground staff, equipment operators & daily work execution
• Maintain accurate stock records, documentation & MIS reporting
• Monitor material quality checks, sampling & compliance
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors & clients for timely movement
• Ensure proper maintenance of machinery/equipment
• Implement safety protocols & maintain operational discipline
• Resolve on-site issues and improve process efficiency

Requirements:

• 3–7 years experience in coal operations
• Strong leadership, coordination, reporting & problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of stock management and documentation
• Washery experience will be an added advantage, especially in managing beneficiation, yield, and output quality.
