Sales Showroom Executive
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage to customers.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow-up with potential clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding product availability and deliveries.
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of showroom products.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support promotional campaigns and showroom events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of showroom or retail sales experience.
- Experience in paints, coatings, construction materials, tiles, sanitary, or related industry will be preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & ERP/software usage).
- Customer-focused and target-oriented personality.
Working Conditions
- Work primarily in showroom environment.
- May require weekend or extended working hours as per business needs.

- Monthly sales achievement
- Customer satisfaction level
- Conversion ratio of walk-in customers
- Repeat customer business
- Timely follow-up and reporting
