We are building a destination.AFC is a fully integrated brewery, winery, and distillery set on a working farm in Topsfield—with a farm-to-glass cocktail program designed to stand alongside the best in the region.We’re looking for a Lead Bartender to help shape, execute, and elevate that program from the ground up.

WHAT THIS ROLE IS

Bartender behind our cocktail bar in the distillery/winery. Execute a farm-to-glass, seasonal cocktail program with precision and consistency Work with house-made ingredients, infusions, fresh juices, and scratch preparations Help refine systems, standards, and training for the bar team Be a key voice in menu development and creative direction as we grow Deliver hospitality that feels personal, not scripted

You take bartending seriously—this is your craft, not a side job You have strong classic cocktail knowledge and clean technique You care about details (prep, specs, execution, consistency) You can handle volume without sacrificing quality You bring presence, energy, and confidence behind the bar
