About the Role:
As a cocktail bartender, you’ll be the face of the brewery—serving our cocktails, wine, NAs and craft beer with knowledge and enthusiasm, welcoming guests with warmth, and keeping the taproom clean, organized, and running smoothly. Whether you’re recommending a new bev or sharing the story behind our flagship IPA, your role is all about creating a comfortable, fun, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pour and serve cocktails, wine, NAs and beer with care, consistency, and knowledge of our offerings
• Educate guests on our beverage program and brewery story
• Provide friendly, prompt, and attentive service to all customers
• Handle cash and operate POS system accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and taproom area
• Follow safety and alcohol service guidelines (checking IDs, managing limits, etc.)
• Assist in restocking, keg changes, and closing/opening duties
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior cocktail and customer service experience preferred
• A desire to learn
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, social environment
• Must be 21+
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
