Green Light Bar and The Merchant NC are currently hiring personable, dependable, and hardworking candidates for Door Host and Floor Host positions.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in hospitality and take pride in creating a welcoming and organized environment for guests from the moment they arrive. Hosts play a key role in setting the tone for the entire guest experience, helping maintain a smooth flow of service while ensuring every guest feels taken care of.

The ideal candidates will have prior customer service or hospitality experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Candidates should be reliable, team-oriented, and confident communicators who can interact comfortably with guests and staff while maintaining awareness of the floor and door operations.

Successful team members will be able to work efficiently under pressure, think quickly, and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts. Weekend availability is preferred.
