COCKTAIL SERVER

Located on the Mississippi River, on the site of the former Learned’s Mill that operated from 1828 until 1962, Magnolia Bluffs Casino now calls this historic land home. The casino originally opened in 2012 and is currently owned and operated by Saratoga Casino Holdings, LLC. With numerous slot machines and ample table games such as poker, blackjack, roulette and craps as well as delicious dining options, we offer a guest experience unparalleled to others. In addition to our boasting casino, we operate a beautiful hotel with the areas only saltwater pool!

We are now looking to expand our team as we continue to provide the city of Natchez with the best customer service and gaming experience possible! Our current opening is for Cocktail Server. This position will report directly to the F&B Manager, and will be responsible for:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Operates POS System and makes accurate cash and financial transactions.
• Prepares all settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
• Accurately records all F&B revenues and corresponding receipt of money, credit cards, and complimentaries and coupon settlements.
• Restocks all items and products in area as needed.
• Prepares inventory of area and orders necessary stock.
• Monitors alcohol consumption by guest, adhering strictly to Saratoga Casino Hotel policy and New York State Law.
• Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary.
• Relays all guest compliments and complaints to F&B Managers and Supervisors.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
• Promotes outstanding relations with all guest and peers.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. TIPS certification required.

EXPERIENCE: One (1) to two (2) years server experience preferred.

Other:

• Able to lift and carry 20 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours.
