Debonair Supper Club is Orlando’s premier elevated nightlife dining experience—where classic glamour meets modern energy. We’re looking for polished, service-driven Cocktail Servers who can deliver exceptional hospitality in a dynamic environment.

Position Summary

The Cocktail Server is responsible for creating an elevated, seamless guest experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable service. This role blends the sophistication of a supper club with the pace of a high-end lounge. You’ll guide guests through our specialty drinks, maintain a professional demeanor, and ensure each table feels welcomed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly; provide an upscale, engaging service experience
• Present and describe specialty cocktails, spirits, wines, and bottle service options
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS
• Deliver drinks with elegance and efficiency
• Anticipate guest needs; personalize service to exceed expectations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas
• Handle payments, open tabs, and manage cash responsibly
• Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws
• Collaborate with bartenders, barbacks, and management
• Uphold Debonair’s brand standards for professionalism and guest interaction
• Assist with opening, closing, and shift transition duties

Qualifications

• Previous cocktail serving or upscale hospitality experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wine, and bottle service
• Professional, polished presentation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple tables in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Must be 18+
• Must have the ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 40lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Current Florida Responsible Vendor/Alcohol Server certification (or willingness to obtain)
